“AUM” is considered the primordial sound of the universe, representing its phases of creation and dissolution. It begins with “A”, extends to “U” and ends with “M”.
 
 When we chant the sound “Aum” we are connecting to the universe and the creation of which we are a part, promoting balance, clarity and a sense of belonging to the Whole. After all, it makes sense to find balance and expansion in connection with the force from which we emerged and will continue to exist.
